Loadbearing explores the fragile relationship between strength, pressure and collapse.
Held together through a precarious distribution of weight and tension, the sculpture appears both stable and on the verge of giving way. Its structure carries the possibility of its own destruction.
The work reflects the invisible pressures and wounding we carry, the forces that hold us together and the uncertain threshold between endurance and collapse.
Our external appearance often hides our internal reality.
Collapose is not failure. It is a possibility already inside the structure.
